“Dirtying ”

“Hotel was horrible, from the front desk agent to the room. I checked in a hotel and didn’t even stay. I was back at the front desk within 10mins of touring the room. The shower was dirty, spider webs and bugs were in the corner of the room, toilet look like someone left pop stains in there. I went back to the front desk requesting a refund and the receptionists had little knowledge on anything. For every conversation she had her manager on standby asking him or her questions. I was offered……

“Room was very clean and staff was polite. Needed more outside lighting, room numbers were hard to read.”

“Checked into room on 3rd floor, unfortunately had a bad mold isse and the bed was damp. Got relocated to another room, not as bad mold but noisy AC unit. Got transferred to 5th floor room. No issues. Staff was very helpful resolving the issue. Trains a little noisy-hence earplugs in rooms.”

“very cute Inn in a nice walkable part of town. quiet and quaint. all of the front desk ladies were lovely and had great hospitality.”

“This time stay was a bit different than my first. First stay, our room seemed cleaner. This time the bathrooms seem dirty and needed some cosmetic. No air vents in the bathroom. There was an oder when entering the room.”

“Guy at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. Other than that this was a nightmare. After a 12hour drive, we get there @3am and the system was down, then we get into the rooms, and i was shocked 😲. We get greeted with a strong stench of body odor and cigarette. It was so strong it was hard to breath. But we were so exhausted from all the driving and we knew the stay was nonrefundable, that we just thought to deal with it later. Unfortunately as I'm walking around in order to make sure……

“Did not like that the check in is at 4pm had to wait a whole hour”

“We enjoyed our stay very much the staff were very helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end! Parking was great! My only problem would be that breakfast is not included in the stay but overall this was a really good stay for my mother and I. I would definitely book with them again”
